Kristi Noem says half of Minnesota visas are ‘fraudulent,’ accuses ‘idiot’ Walz of doing it on purpose
During Tuesday’s cabinet session with President Trump, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem shared that she’d found the same number of visa applications in Minnesota flagged as “fraudulent” as the state has applied for. She told the president that faces‑to‑faces with Minnesota officials had uncovered a 50 % fraud rate, suggesting that Gov. Walz—who she called “wacko Gov. Walz”—either made a big mistake or purposely slipped—she added that both seemed likely.
Noem went on to say that the fraudulent applicants had requested government benefits and siphoned off “hundreds of billions of dollars from taxpayers.” She promised to recover that money and remove the applicants from the system.
