Grace Lu is back at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) in Singapore, taking on a key role in the firm’s Healthcare Practice. As a senior leader, she’ll guide the practice across Asia Pacific, bringing her sharp expertise to help healthcare organizations tackle big changes and boost innovation.
Grace, who was previously based in Beijing, has a strong background in executive recruitment, leadership assessments, and transforming healthcare teams. She’s worked with multinational companies and local players, helping them navigate tricky markets and focus on patient-centered care. Her return to Singapore strengthens RRA’s push for top-notch leadership solutions in the region’s fast-growing healthcare sector.
