Video from the scene shows about thirty‑five shots fired in two distinct bursts—roughly fourteen rapid rounds followed by an additional twenty‑round volley. The officer behind the loudspeakers tried to calm the situation, but the shooter remained silent inside the building.
A dramatic clip that caught the attention of the public was posted on X, where an officer in the background can be heard shouting, “Back up, shots fired!” The footage later revealed the police yelling “Get in your car … Get out of here!” as they attempted to break the standoff.
