This Grammy powerhouse dropped two albums back-to-back—September 2024’s Harlequin soundtrack LP and March 2025’s Mayhem—and now the roaring energy from her fans night after night has her diving back into songwriting with renewed fire, according to Female First UK.

In a candid chat with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Gaga gushed, “I’ve been making a lot of music, and it’s kind of the best making music when you get to see your fans every night because you’re energetically just right where you need to be.”

Female First UK notes that The Weeknd, aka Abel Tesfaye, recently ignited buzz about a possible collab by sharing a vintage snap of Gaga from her iconic The Fame days on his Instagram Story.

Playing it coy, Gaga responded when Lowe flashed the post on his phone: “I love Abel! It’s all I can say.”

Looking back on that 2008 photoshoot, she added, “In that photo, I look so immersed, completely in that moment. I remembered how I artistically directed every photo and every moment that I wanted my fans to see. It was really sweet that he posted that.”

The Timeless hitmaker posted the image of Lady Gaga posing in front of a sleek black Lexus sporting the license plate “Lady Gaga,” with zero caption to fuel the mystery. About a year back, rumors swirled that The Weeknd might feature on Mayhem, but no joint track surfaced when the album hit shelves in March.
