Dharmendra will continue his treatment at home following his hospital discharge, confirms Sunny Deol’s team

Mumbai – Veteran Bollywood star Dharmendra has been discharged from Breach Candy Hospital and will continue his recovery at home, his team said on Tuesday.

The actor, who had been on ventilator support for breathlessness, is described as stable and under close family care. Sunny Deol’s spokesperson urged the media and fans to let him rest and respect privacy while he heals.

“We’re grateful for everyone’s love, prayers and well‑wishes for Dharmendra’s continued health and a long life,” the spokesperson added.

Dr. Pratit Samdani of Breach Candy confirmed the discharge early this morning and noted that daily monitoring will be done at home.

Earlier, on Thursday, Sunny Deol’s team reported that Dharmendra had been responding positively to treatment and asked people to keep him in their prayers.

During his hospital stay, Dharmendra received visits from family members including Hema Malini, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol, as well as film stars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Govinda. Actor Aamir Khan also visited, accompanied by his girlfriend Gauri Spratt.
