Doomsday Utah mom who allegedly abducted kids to Europe revealed ‘end time’ fears on secret TikTok, shocked ex-hubby says

Ex-Husband Says He Was Blindsided by ‘End Times’ Beliefs of Utah Mom Accused of Taking Children to Europe
The former husband of Elleshia Seymour, a Utah mother accused of abducting her four young children and fleeing to Europe, says he was stunned to learn about her alleged doomsday beliefs after a hidden TikTok account surfaced.
Kendall Seymour, who shares three children with his ex-wife, said he had never seen signs of paranoia or apocalyptic thinking during their marriage or throughout their divorce.
According to Kendall, Elleshia allegedly put the children on a one-way Delta Airlines flight from Salt Lake City to Croatia on Nov. 30, convinced that the “end times” were near.
“I didn’t know about any of these ideas of hers until a couple of weeks ago when someone found her TikTok account,” Kendall told KSL-TV.
“She thinks Salt Lake is going to be destroyed and she is trying to get the kids to safety. My only hope is that she is motivated to protect them,” he said.
“There were no signs of that when we were married or divorced in the last five years,” he added.
Elleshia was later spotted walking through Salt Lake International Airport with the couple’s three children, along with a fourth child from a previous relationship, according to ABC 4.
On Dec. 10, the Utah Department of Public Safety issued an endangered and missing advisory for the children: Landon Hal Seymour, 11; Levi Parker Seymour, 8; Hazel Rae Seymour, 7; and Jacob Kurt Brady, 3.
State records show Elleshia has been charged with four counts of custodial interference, each classified as a third-degree felony.
Kendall has previously alleged that his ex-wife forged passport paperwork for the children and left behind two troubling notes at home before leaving.
One note was described as a “delusional message from God promising her she would be in Italy by Christmas.” The second was a checklist that included instructions to discard her phone and buy a prepaid replacement.
The father said he last saw his children between Nov. 24 and 25, when he dropped them off at school at the start of their scheduled custody time with their mother.
A few days later, he was contacted by a child care worker asking why the children had not shown up for daycare.
Concern escalated on Dec. 2, when a welfare check was launched after Elleshia’s coworkers reported that she had missed work and stopped responding to messages.
Police say that same day, Elleshia left a voicemail for one of the children’s fathers, stating she was already in France with the kids.
According to authorities, she said she intended to seek permanent residence in Europe and claimed she took the children because an apocalypse was imminent.
“She’s been planning this because she took off on Nov. 30 during my long custody break for Thanksgiving,” Kendall said.
“It has been three weeks now. She has no family in Europe. As far as I know, no contacts out there,” he added.
