Trump admin has rescued 62K migrant kids from sex trafficking, child labor, border czar Homan says
WASHINGTON — Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that during the Trump era the U.S. managed to rescue more than 62,000 migrant children, protecting them from the brutal realities of sex trafficking and forced labor that many entered into after crossing the border without their parents under the Biden administration.
He told viewers of “Fox & Friends” that “Over half a million children were smuggled into this country under Joe Biden.”
Homan also mentioned that authorities had lost sight of roughly 300,000 kids, noting that “They lost track of 300,000. President Trump committed on day one that we will do everything we can to find every one of these children.”
He went on to say that the children were “in sex trafficking. Many [are] in forced labor. Many are being abused.” While he was unwilling to share specific details he highlighted the impact of a Trump‑era effort, stating that “President Trump again proved why he’s the greatest president in my lifetime. Over 62,000 children rescued.”
