Censor Board clears Arjun, Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer ‘Theeyavar Kulai Nadunga’ for release with U/A certificate

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given the go‑ahead for Dinesh Letchumanan’s new crime‑investigative thriller “Theeyavar Kulai Nadunga.” The film now carries a U/A certificate and is set to reach cinemas worldwide on November 21.

Letchumanan let fans know about the certificate by posting the official poster on his X account. The release date has been the same in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada markets, so viewers in all four states can watch the film at the same time.

The teaser that the production team released earlier sparked a lot of excitement. It shows the actor Arjun playing a police officer who starts investigating a case that turns out to be far more dangerous than it first seems. Aishwarya Rajesh also stars in the film, and her character becomes key to the plot, though the teaser does not reveal exactly what role she plays. The trailer promises plenty of tense moments and a tight storyline that keeps audiences guessing.

This thriller focuses on the idea that the law can be overridden by justice and that in the end, righteousness wins. Viewers can expect a mix of suspense, investigative scenes and intense drama.
