Gazab Ghaziabad Crushes Yamuna Yoddhas in UPKL Season 2

Noida – The Noida Indoor Stadium hosted the third day of the Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League’s second season on Saturday, where Gazab Ghaziabad overwhelmed the Yamuna Yoddhas with a 56‑28 victory.

From the opening whistle, Gazab’s aggressive raids and disciplined defense put Yamuna under constant pressure. The momentum swung in Gazab’s favor as the team piled on a series of all‑outs, steadily pulling the scoreline further ahead.

Captain Uday Dabas led the charge. He racked up 19 raid points and orchestrated three all‑outs, repeatedly breaking through the Yoddhas’ line. A standout moment came when Dabas, even when pinned by two defenders, surged forward, crossed the halfway line, and sealed the raid to eliminate the remaining players.

The defenders kept the Yoddha raiders in line, playing compact and effective tackles. By halftime, Gazab already held a commanding 30‑12 lead and never looked back, extending their advantage with steady offense and timely tackles to finish the game comfortably.

The match was attended by Tusshar Kapoor, co‑owner of Gazab Ghaziabad, who praised the team for their comprehensive win. Kapoor said he is confident that if the players maintain this level of play, they can lift the UPKL trophy.
