Mumbai – Dec 1 (LatestNewsX)
Actress‑turned‑dancer Sudha Chandran appeared visibly upset after the famed star Dharmendra passed away. The veteran actor, who died on 24 November, had once worked beside Sudha in a film, and she now shared a clip from her own movie Tehelka—in which Dharmendra also appeared—on her social‑media page. In the post she wrote:
“8 days today…par dil hai ki Manta hi nahi….I’m feeling so blessed that I belong to that era and industry where Dharam Ji was, is and forever is the most handsome he‑man of India …so honoured that I could share screen space with Dharam Sir…luv u sir, and it’s so difficult to accept this reality…koshish bahut ki par nahi ho raha hai (sic) (Trying hard but it’s just impossible).”

The announcement of Dharmendra’s death on 24 November shocked Bollywood and the wider country. The night of 25 November, the actor’s long‑time friend Jeetendra paid tribute to the grieving family. Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, also arrived to offer their condolences. Other celebrities who visited included Varun Dhawan, Jackky Bhagnani, Rakul Preet Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Allu Aravind, the father of actor Allu Arjun.

Dharmendra, who was 89, had been on a ventilator since mid‑November after respiratory trouble. He was discharged from the hospital and later returned home where he continued to receive care.
