In New Delhi, the Legislative Department under India’s Ministry of Law and Justice joined the Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign 2025 with a big push for cleanliness on Saturday.
Teams rolled out floor cleaner machines to scrub all rooms and corridors spotless. They also cleared out unused items and old furniture from lift lobbies, creating a clutter-free and hygienic workspace for everyone.
The drive happened under the leadership of R.K. Pattanayak, the Additional Secretary and Nodal Officer, along with Dr. K.V. Kumar, another Additional Secretary, and support from other officials and the department’s cleaning staff.
Pattanayak highlighted why the Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign matters so much. He called on all officers and staff to make time for keeping their areas clean and to rally friends and neighbors to get involved too.
This effort is part of the ongoing Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign 2025, aimed at building better hygiene habits across India. ()
