Crystal Wilsey ID’d as Cinnabon employee fired after calling Somali customers the N-word in viral video
Cinnabon employee fired after racist tirade recorded at Wisconsin mall
A 43‑year‑old mother from Oneida, Wisconsin, has been named in a viral clip that shows her unleashing a hateful rant at a couple in a store at Bay Park Square Mall in Ashwaubenon, near Green Bay.
Crystal Wilsey, who worked for the fast‑food chain, was caught on tape shouting the N‑word and calling a black Somali couple “n‑‑‑r.” The clash reportedly began when one customer asked Wilsey to add more caramel to a pecan‑cinnamon roll. As the argument escalated, Wilsey repeatedly declared, “I am racist, and you are a n‑‑‑r,” and later added, “I am racist and I’ll say that to the whole entire world.” She then told the pair, “Don’t be disrespectful,” pointing at them as she shouted.
The video, which was posted on TikTok by the woman’s cousin Sabrina Osman, spread quickly on social media. Cinnabon confirmed that the employee—who was not named publicly by the company—was dismissed. Within two days, a GiveSendGo fundraiser raised over $20,000 to help cover Wilsey’s living and legal expenses.
Wilsey has not yet responded to a request for comment from The New York Post.
