The pardoned Jan. 6 rioter charged with a felony for making a terroristic threat against House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Tuesday. Meanwhile, New Jersey Rep. LaMonica McIver is in court on Tuesday over an incident at an immigration facility in May. CBS News’ Scott MacFarlane has more details.
