Delhi students invited to visit exhibition on PM Modi organised in Assembly: Speaker Vijender Gupta

Delhi’s Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta has reached out to the Directorate of Education with a fresh idea: get private schools to organize tours for students to the “Know Your Prime Minister” exhibition. Set up right on the Delhi Legislative Assembly grounds, this display dives into the life, achievements, and leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. An official shared the update on Saturday.
In his letter, Gupta highlighted how these visits could give students and officials a real boost of inspiration from Modi’s journey. The Directorate jumped on it, sending a circular to all school principals. They encouraged leaders to rally students for the trip, calling it a chance to explore Modi’s early days, his governance style, and his big plans for Viksit Bharat—a vision for a developed India.
The exhibition ties into Sewa Pakhwada celebrations marking PM Modi’s 75th birthday. It stays open to everyone until October 2, running daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visitors can check out highlights of Modi’s inspiring path, plus a special short film called “Chalo Jeete Hai” that spotlights his childhood and early years.
Gupta sees this as a game-changer for young minds. “Through this exhibition, more and more children and people in Delhi will learn about PM Modi’s various initiatives,” he said. He believes school tours will spark knowledge about India’s global strides, Modi’s Viksit Bharat roadmap, and key values like leadership and service. “This experience will not only broaden their understanding but also motivate them to contribute to the nation’s development in the future,” Gupta added.
To make it happen, Gupta called on all MLAs to connect with school principals and deputy directors in their areas. He wants them to spread the word and help set up these student visits, turning the exhibition into a hands-on lesson in inspiration and national pride.
