Watch Video Jonny Lee Miller prepares for 50-mile ultra marathon

Jonny Lee Miller, star of CBS’ “Elementary” will be running 50 miles in what is called an ‘ultra marathon.’ He is doing it to help bring awareness to a rare disease that afflicts children called Sanfilippo Syndrome. Miller talked to CBSN about the cause.
