Indonesia bans British adult film star Bonnie Blue for 10 years

Indonesia has imposed a 10-year entry ban on British adult film star Bonnie Blue, immigration authorities confirmed on Monday, following her deportation over content creation activities deemed capable of causing “public unrest.”

The 26-year-old, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was deported earlier this month after police carried out a raid at a studio in Badung, a popular tourist area near Denpasar, the capital of Bali province. During the operation, she was detained along with two British men and one Australian national on suspicion of producing pornographic material.

According to Indonesia’s Directorate General of Immigration, officers examined Billinger’s phone and discovered “private video” recordings. However, no criminal charges were filed, as authorities concluded the footage was intended for personal use and not for public distribution.

Yuldi Yusman, the acting head of the immigration directorate, said officials determined that Billinger entered Indonesia using a visa on arrival while engaging in commercial content production. Authorities believe such activities could potentially disrupt public order.

“As a result, we imposed a 10-year entry ban because these actions are not aligned with the government’s efforts to preserve Bali’s quality tourism image and respect local cultural values,” Yusman said in an official statement.

Indonesia enforces strict laws against the production of pornographic content, with penalties that can reach up to 12 years in prison and fines of as much as $360,000.

Separately, Billinger and her associate, 27-year-old Liam Andrew Jackson, were fined 200,000 rupiah (around $12) on December 12 for traffic violations. Police also confirmed they seized a dark blue pickup truck labeled “Bang Bus” during the December 4 raid.

Bonnie Blue is known internationally for her provocative stunts as an adult content creator. In recent years, Balinese authorities have raised concerns over inappropriate behavior by foreign tourists, leading to a series of deportations. These have included several Russian influencers who were expelled after posing naked at sacred religious sites.
