IIM Udaipur Teams Up with Top Institutions to Boost India’s Data, AI, and Policy Scene

They’ll tweak global best practices to fit Indian needs, create handy toolkits and training courses, and run programs for policymakers, experts, and researchers. CDPM will also lend a hand with evaluations, data gathering, and setting up monitoring systems for ministries and state governments.

Oh, and there’s more! IIM Udaipur joined as an empanelled member under Anusandhan Mitra, teaming with Bhashini, India’s National Language Translation Mission. They’ll set up regional hubs, beef up datasets for lesser-known tongues, drive research in speech and language tech, and train students and researchers to team up with communities on cool language tools.
