In a landmark event at the United Nations in Geneva, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) unveiled the book The Soul of Bharat on September 18. This launch spotlights India’s vision of peace, resilience, and harmony on the global stage, sharing stories that inspire unity across diverse communities.
Written by SN Sharma, the CEO of RSKS India, the book dives into India’s secular and constitutional roots. It weaves in real-life tales of communal harmony and the unbreakable social bonds that hold the nation together. Readers get a glimpse into how India tackles big issues like cross-border terrorism, including the heartbreaking 2025 Pahalgam attack, while celebrating the country’s spirit of resilience and determination to build lasting peace.
The chapters cover key topics such as religious harmony, global unity against terrorism, women empowerment, and restoring cultural heritage. Through these, the book voices India’s strong stand on peace, human rights, education, and empowerment—ideas that resonate worldwide.
The event drew inspiring figures like Faiza Rifat, a young educationist and social activist; Javed Beigh, a human rights defender; Shweta Tyagi, chief functionary of the India Water Foundation; and Arvind Kumar, president of the foundation. Their attendance highlighted a shared drive for dialogue and action on global peace and solidarity, as RSKS India shared.
At the launch, RSKS India stressed that The Soul of Bharat carries a powerful message for India and the world: stay vigilant against violence, embrace unity, and chase dignity and justice for everyone. This moment truly showcases India’s role in global peacebuilding, from fighting terrorism to nurturing communal harmony and inclusive growth.
