UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in Tbilisi today to boost ties between the two nations. The talks zeroed in on key areas like investment, economy, agriculture, renewable energy, and sustainability—big priorities for both UAE and Georgia’s growth plans.

They also chatted about regional and global issues, pushing for peace, stability, and development in the Caucasus region. President Mohamed bin Zayed reaffirmed UAE’s dedication to strong partnerships here, saying peace is key to prosperity for everyone.

Prime Minister Kobakhidze warmly welcomed the UAE leader and said the visit would give a real push to deeper UAE-Georgia relations. He highlighted Georgia’s eagerness to learn from UAE’s successful development model to achieve sustainable growth together.

Both sides are excited about the future, with great opportunities ahead for joint projects that drive progress in investment, renewable energy, and more.

During the visit, they oversaw the signing of a new agreement between Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi and Georgia’s Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills, signed for his side, while Minister Mariam Kvrivishvili represented Georgia. This deal promises to open fresh doors for economic collaboration.

The meeting included top UAE officials like Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, and several ministers. Georgian ministers and senior leaders joined too, setting the stage for even stronger bilateral ties.
