Union Minister JP Nadda visited Chhapra in Bihar and praised the Akhand Jyoti Mission and Gayatri Parivar for their amazing work on the Jyoti Eye Hospital. He called it a true gift to the people of Bihar, highlighting how the community chipped in to make it happen.
During his visit, Nadda toured the Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital and shared his excitement with reporters. “I was lucky to see this hospital up close. It’s a big contribution from the Akhand Jyoti Mission and Gayatri Parivar. The society’s support has been incredible. I congratulate the hospital’s management team and the Gayatri Parivar—keep up the great work!” he said. He also announced that the foundation stone for a massive 1000-bed hospital will be laid on September 20.
Nadda took to social media platform X to share more about the event. He commended the Gayatri Family for their nationwide and global efforts in nation-building through social projects. Before the groundbreaking ceremony in Mastichakr, Saran district, a special kalash installation happened on the premises, followed by an inspection of the hospital. Everyone paid floral tributes and offered prayers at the statue of Yugdrishta Acharya Shri Ram Sharma Ji.
In his post, Nadda wrote that the Gayatri Family is driving social awareness and era transformation, with this health initiative standing out as truly inspiring. He added, “On Bihar’s soil, this Eye Care Ecosystem will deliver top-notch eye treatment for the poor. I heartily congratulate the hospital management led by the Gayatri Family and wish them the best for this noble cause.”
