Swaraj kept the festive spirit going by joining a lively Dandiya dance on Thursday night at a Ramleela event in Rohini Sector 23, Bawana constituency. The Sanatan Sanskaram group organized this cultural show for the first time, and it drew huge crowds over the past few days.

She stressed how these events keep Indian traditions alive. “They help young people connect with our rich cultural and religious heritage,” Swaraj noted. Delhi Cabinet Minister Ravindra Singh Indraj played a key role in pulling off the celebration. Swaraj even shared the stage with Indraj’s wife and other women, dancing Dandiya amid cheers from the audience. Thousands lit up their phone torches to welcome her.

The night got even more exciting with Olympic wrestlers Ravi Dahiya and Deepak Punia showing up. They chatted with fans and the media. Earlier, a colorful Ram Baraat procession kicked off the evening’s fun.

From the stage, Swaraj thanked Delhi residents for their support. “After 27 years, you’ve chosen a BJP government again,” she said. “With the double-engine setup from the Centre and Delhi, we’re seeing real progress.” She praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, pointing to wins like scrapping taxes on food items and cutting GST rates.

Swaraj also gave a shoutout to the Sanatan Sanskaram team for their spot-on Ramleela. “It’s a great way to link the youth with our religion, culture, and values,” she added. Even as their first big event, it sparked massive community excitement during Navratri, showing how much people love these traditions.
