Key appointments
- Manzoor Ahmad Qadri (JKAS) is now Vice‑Chairman of the Lakes Conservation & Management Authority.
- Aijaz Abdullah Saraf (JKAS) will serve as a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal.
- Munir‑ul‑Islam (JKAS) has taken on the role of CEO/Secretary of the Buildings & Construction Workers Welfare Board, while retaining his Information Department post.
- Mathora Masoom (JKAS) is the new Director of Floriculture in Kashmir.
- Rajesh Kumar Shavan (JKAS) became Special Secretary for the Tribal Affairs Department.
- Musheer Ahmed (JKAS) is now Special Secretary of the Transport Department, with a background as Mission Director of ICDS.
- Rakesh Kumar Sran (JKAS) has been appointed Special Secretary to the Finance Department.

- Abdul Rashid War (JKAS) as Managing Director of the Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation.
- Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar (JKAS) as Director of Hospitality and Protocol.
- Ravi Shankar Sharma (JKAS) as Special Secretary for Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
- Manisha Sarin (JKAS) as Special Secretary for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
- Purnima Mittal (JKAS) heading the Women’s Development Corporation.
- Haris Ahmad Handoo (JKAS) to oversee SKICC and the Royal Spring Golf Course.
- Kapil Sharma (JKAS) as Director of Urban Local Bodies.
- Tariq Hussain Ganai (JKAS) temporarily in charge of the Medical Supplies Corporation.
- Rajinder Singh (JKAS) as Special Secretary for the Agriculture Production Department.
- Naseer Ahmad Wani is now Director of School Education in Kashmir.
The reshuffle comes after a separate order from Lt Governor Manoj Sinha that moved 21 police officers to new roles.
