Patna, Oct 22 – Tejashwi Yadav, the chief of Bihar’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), told that his party’s actions are carefully planned and based on research. He slammed the NDA coalition for running campaigns “without vision,” saying they focus only on attacking him and his supporters.
Yadav said the RJD never speaks on a whim. “Every move we make is studied and backed by experts,” he explained. “When the opposition talks about a future for Bihar, they bring no clear roadmap. They’re busy shouting at us. We do have a plan. And we’ll show results.” He highlighted that the current government talks little about cutting unemployment, stemming migration, lifting people out of poverty or tackling inflation—issues the RJD claims to address.
The party’s track record, according to Yadav, speaks for itself. “In 17 months we’ve created five lakh jobs, filled all 400,000 vacant teaching posts, and finished every pending recruitment. We don’t need to prove anything—we’ve already done it.” He used the teacher‑post crisis to illustrate how his party follows through, contrasting it with the Chief Minister’s dismissals.
Yadav also discussed two big pledges he calls “historic.” First, he named the exploitation of JEEViKA workers under the previous Nitish Kumar‑BJP team—official intimidation, unpaid labour and unfair conditions. “We promised permanent status and a salary of ₹30,000 a month for community mobilisers, and we’ll abolish interest on their loans.” He added that any contract workers would be made regular staff if the RJD wins power.
Overall, Tejashwi Yadav wants to present the RJD as a results‑oriented alternative to the NDA. By pledging job creation, teacher hiring, wage increases for grassroots workers, and a clear roadmap for Bihar’s future, he hopes to win voters tired of empty promises.
