Then, at 1:45 PM in Golaghat’s Numaligarh, he inaugurates the Assam Bio-ethanol Private Limited plant at Numaligarh Refinery— a game-changer for clean energy and cutting fossil fuel reliance. ### West Bengal and Bihar: Security, Airports, and Farmer Wins
On Monday, September 15, PM Modi starts in Kolkata at 9:30 AM, inaugurating the 16th Combined Commanders Conference-2025. This key military meet underscores his focus on a strong, secure, and self-reliant India—he’ll address the commanders too.
