Jaipur, November 5 – Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will lead the BJP’s final push for the Anta Assembly by‑election. The floor‑to‑floor road show starts on November 6, just four days before campaign activities end.
A custom chariot carries the CM and will travel through Mangrol’s Subhash Chowk and Azad Chowk to Siswali Tiraha, where key BJP figures will join him. These include former CM Vasundhara Raje, state chief Madan Rathore, MP Dushyant Singh, and the campaign’s own candidate, Morpal Suman.
The joint appearance signals party unity, especially after a delay in naming the Anta candidate sparked rumours of internal splits. Leaders want to show voters the BJP is a cohesive force, ready to win.
Vasundhara Raje has urged the Rajput community to back Suman. She began campaigning yesterday with meetings for workers in the Siswali and Anta districts, and her son, MP Dushyant Singh, has been on the road in Jhalawar‑Baran.
The CM arrives at 12 p.m. and will stay in Mangrol until 4 p.m., meeting local leaders and fine‑tuning strategy. Madan Rathore’s earlier trip to Anta for a quick review added to the momentum.
With top leaders standing together, the BJP aims for a strong finish in the last leg of the Anta election campaign.
