The chief minister pushed for faster handling of revenue disputes and urged officials to demolish illegal encroachments on government land. He also stressed that land held by the poor must stay free of encroachments.

In a move to improve citizen services, Yogi Adityanath ordered that basic documents—residence, income and caste certificates—be issued from the Gram Panchayat secretariat. He said municipal offices should have all necessary public facilities so people do not face inconvenience or harassment. Applications received through the IGRS and the CM Helpline must be dealt with promptly, and officials should conduct random checks to confirm progress.

The chief minister highlighted new social‑welfare infrastructure. He asked local officials to build as many Kalyan Mandapams as possible, especially in outer wards and slum areas, to provide affordable venues for weddings and community events for under‑privileged families. He also demanded better roads, improved sanitation and drainage and instructed the Public Works Department to launch a drive to repair potholes.

Security and social stability were front and centre. Yogi Adityanath told police to keep a continuous eye on social media and take strict action against anyone spreading rumors. He called for rapid administrative and police response to any incident, and for extra CCTV cameras in critical areas. Border zones should see heightened vigilance, and special monitoring of cow smuggling and other crimes must continue.

The chief minister also set a schedule for GST reviews and flagged the need for more police presence during festival periods. All development works must finish on time and meet high quality standards. In preparation for Ganga Mahotsav and Dev Deepawali, he demanded smooth planning and execution and removal of obstacles slowing the Freight Village Project.

Renewable energy got a nod. He urged fast rollout of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, urging as many solar panels as possible.

Environmental clean‑up was also on the agenda. The Varuna and Assi rivers, ghats and streets must be cleaned before Diwali and Dev Deepawali. The Dal Mandi road construction should be completed in mission mode. For the festive season, the chief minister ordered efficient traffic management, Home Guards deployment, and foot patrols to keep markets safe. The Municipal Corporation was instructed to keep all roads, sewers, urinals and toilets clean, with dedicated caretakers.

The Divisional Commissioner, S. Rajalingam, briefed on Dev Deepawali preparations, while Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal shared updates on law and order, cow smuggling raids and cybercrime actions. ADG Zone, Piyush Mordia, gave the latest on Mission Shakti 5.0, cow‑smuggling and illegal liquor crackdowns.

District Magistrate Satyendra Kumar reported that 128 projects worth about ₹18,000 crore are underway, and a new phase of the Ring Road is set to finish by June 2026. He also told the chief minister to speed up the Pandeypur Medical College construction with extra manpower.

The meeting included agriculture minister Surya Pratap Shahi, stamp minister Ravindra Jaiswal, AYUSH minister Dayashankar Mishra Dayalu, district panchayat president Poonam Maurya, mayor Ashok Tiwari and several legislators.

The chief minister’s directives reflect an aggressive push to accelerate development, improve public services, clean up the city and ensure security during the next big festivals.
