Exclusive | Dirty-minded Long Island residents outspend entire European nations on OnlyFans: new study
Welcome to Thong Island.
New figures suggest that people living in Long Island’s two counties—alongside the residents of Brooklyn and Queens—are spending more on the adult‑content platform OnlyFans than whole European countries. According to the 2025 OnlyFans Wrapped report from OnlyGuider, the combined expenditure per person in these New York areas exceeds that of nations such as Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Israel, and much of Italy.
“The Big Apple, or should I say the Big Fapple, is the city that never sleeps… Well, now we know why,” a spokesperson for OnlyGuider told The Post. Their data show that the four counties that make up the New York metropolitan area (Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk) have collectively burned almost $52 million on the site this year. That includes purchases of material and interactions with creators.
Long Island alone ranks among the top consumers of adult content worldwide on a per‑capita basis. In 2025, Suffolk County’s users have spent more than $12.5 million to date, while residents of Nassau County have shelled out close to $9 million. With just under 3 million people across the two counties, the combined $21.5 million spending yields roughly $72,600 per 10,000 residents—outpacing many European nations and most global cities when you look at money spent per person.
Brooklyn’s roughly 2.6 million inhabitants have poured just under $16 million into OnlyFans, and Queens—home to about 2.3 million residents—has spent nearly the same amount, by the latest figures.
On the whole, New York City, including its Brooklyn and Queens districts, tops the global leaderboard for total spending on OnlyFans, with more than $87 million spent so far this year.
