A viral clip that surfaced on social media last weekend shows what happened inside the Hayes Valley eatery Hazie’s. The footage catches a young woman who, after being asked to step away from the bar, turns hostile and grabs a manager—she even literally opens the gate and barges behind the bar.
The bartender who posted the video, Miguel Marchese, added a caption that reads: ”Lmao voiceless me trying to deescalate the situation between my manager and this crackehead (she literally opened the gate & came behind the bar).”
The incident was all but a front‑line confrontation. The woman—wearing a black jacket and knee‑high boots—yells at an unseen manager, saying, “He’s f—ing harassing me,” and later shouts, “Ooooh, he’s a liar.”
She shouts an expletive, yanks the camera from Marchese’s hands, and then charges another patron who was filming the scene.
In a second video posted by Marchese, the same woman swings at a fellow diner and smacks him. Then she turns on a Hazie’s employee, slamming her down to the floor. A brief scuffle occurs before both the woman and her male companion are escorted out of the bar amid a loud reaction from other guests.
The altercation didn’t end inside the restaurant. In what Marchese labeled “Part 3,” the woman pulls her companion’s hair as he begs her to “let go!” She runs, trips over Marchese’s leg, and falls face‑down on the sidewalk while her date rushes to help her.
The video caption explains the awkward moment: “I initially was patient with her hoping she’d let go but in the end I had to kick her in the vagina, chuck her phone across the street, to which she chases after and accidentally trips over my leg,” accompanied by a skull emoji.
The specifics of what sparked the outburst remain unclear, as no clear timeline is shown before the recording started. Representatives from Hazie’s and staff members have been reached out to for further comments.
