Penn Badgley, the star of the hit series “You,” has welcomed twin baby boys into his family! The actor, who is married to musician Domino Kirke, shared the exciting news on Instagram. In his post, he also promoted an upcoming live event for his new book “Crushmore,” which he co-wrote with his “Podcrushed” podcast cohosts Nava Kavelin and Sophie Ansari.
Badgley jokingly interrupted his twin paternity leave to invite fans to a special event in New York City on October 14, where they’ll celebrate the book’s release at Symphony Space. He shared a cute video whispering about the event and captured his newborn babies’ tiny feet in the shot, saying, “There’s tiny little baby feet right there. I don’t want to wake them up.” Fans loved the adorable glimpse into his new family life.
Before his babies arrived, Domino Kirke shared a sweet picture of her pregnancy bump on Instagram, with a peace sign emoji on top. The couple now has a total of four boys, including their 4-year-old son. Domino also has a 16-year-old son named Cassius from a previous relationship.
In interviews, Badgley has spoken openly about the importance of raising good boys. While chatting on the red carpet for the final season of Netflix’s “You,” he said he feels a lot of responsibility to teach his children well. “The world needs more good men,” he said. “There’s pressure on us to raise them right.”
When asked about his dad’s “superpower,” Badgley shared that patience is his strong suit—though he admits he’s human, too. “I can be very patient… until I lose it,” he joked, showing his relatable side.
Congratulations to Penn Badgley and Domino Kirke on their beautiful new arrivals! Fans can look forward to hearing more about their growing family and upcoming projects, while fans of “You” eagerly await the new season.
