Delhi’s skies were a mix of rain and sunshine on Tuesday, with light to moderate showers, thunderstorms, lightning, and strong gusts of 30‑40 km/h blowing through early morning. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported a 21.8 °C temperature at 2:30 AM and a humidity level that hit 98 %. Wind picked up from the north‑northeast at up to 15 km/h in the morning but slowed to less than 10 km/h from the east later in the day. By night, the wind eased to under 8 km/h from the southeast.

Looking ahead, Delhi should see a near‑normal low temperature on Tuesday and a slightly higher high—about 1–2 °C above average. Winds will shift from the north‑northeast to the north‑east during the day, then to the northwest as the afternoon rolls in.

Wednesday offers a partly cloudy day. Expect temperatures to swing between 31‑33 °C in the heat of the day and 20‑22 °C in the cooler evening. Winds will rise from the northeast in the morning, then shift to the northwest at 10‑15 km/h from midday onward.

Thursday will be mostly clear skies with similar daytime highs of 31‑33 °C and nighttime lows of 20‑22 °C. Wind will stay from the northwest at 5‑10 km/h in the morning, picking up to 10‑15 km/h by the afternoon and evening.

Keep an eye on the weather for the coming week, especially as Delhi’s fans battle the persistent humidity and warm temperatures. ()
