TAC Security, the Indian cybersecurity powerhouse listed on the NSE as TAC, just wrapped up its 9th Annual General Meeting with blockbuster news. The company smashed records for fiscal year 2025 and unveiled big plans to grow into the world’s top AI-driven cybersecurity firm by 2030.

First, the numbers tell an exciting story. TAC’s total income jumped 172% year-over-year to Rs. 322 million. EBITDA climbed 152% to Rs. 170 million, and net profit rose 134% to Rs. 148 million. Even better, gross margins hit 48%—twice the industry average. The company stays debt-free with strong positive cash flows, giving it solid financial footing.

TAC didn’t just talk the talk last year; it delivered. At the previous AGM, leaders promised 3,000 new clients by March 2025. They not only hit that mark but blew past it, thanks to the CyberScope acquisition that brought in over 3,000 clients overnight. This track record is building serious trust among shareholders, setting TAC apart as a cybersecurity company that turns bold goals into real wins.

Today, TAC serves more than 6,000 enterprises across 100 countries. Big names like Apple, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce, HSBC, DBS, and SoftBank count on them. In fact, nine out of every ten global companies use TAC’s ESOF platform for cloud application security assessments, making it a go-to tool in the cybersecurity space.

Fiscal 2025 brought a wave of smart moves to expand TAC’s reach:

– The CyberScope buyout opened doors to Web3 and blockchain security, instantly boosting the client list by 3,000+.
– They launched Socify.ai, the world’s first AI-based SOC 2 compliance platform with a “pay-after-compliance” model. It targets the $4.2 billion compliance market at prices 50-70% lower than rivals.
– Vulman Ltd launched in the UK as a European cybersecurity hub.
– A new Canada subsidiary sets up shop for North American delivery and R&D, backed by government wage subsidies up to 80%.
– CyberSandia in the U.S. focuses on cybersecurity for state, federal, and defense agencies.

TAC also locked in key certifications, like ISO 17025 for penetration testing and a third straight year of CREST accreditation. They earned spots as a Google MASA Authorized Lab and one of just eight ioXt Authorized Labs worldwide. Plus, experts named them in Richard Stiennon’s top 150 global cybersecurity companies, and they snagged “Best Place to Work” honors for the third year running.

Looking to the future, TAC’s Bold 2030 Vision is all about scaling up fast:

– Aim for 10,000+ clients by 2026, beating their original timeline.
– Turn CyberScope into a Web3 security leader, with plans to add Bitcoin and Ethereum to the balance sheet starting FY26.
– Grow Socify.ai to 10,000 clients; it’s now live on AWS Marketplace.
– Build CyberSandia into a U.S. public sector cybersecurity specialist.
– Pump $100 million into AI-led R&D by 2030, with innovation hubs in India, the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
– Spin out 10+ independent companies under the TAC umbrella, including CyberScope, Socify, Vulman, and CyberSandia.
– Hit $100 million in annual recurring revenue by 2030, with $10,000 ARR per client and EBITDA margins over 40%.

“FY25 was a game-changer—record growth, global push, and fresh innovation,” said Trishneet Arora, Founder and CEO of TAC Security. “Our 2030 Vision goes beyond being India’s biggest cybersecurity company. We aim to lead the world, starting from India. We’re chasing $100 million ARR, committing $100 million to AI innovation, and building an ecosystem that defines digital trust for years to come.”

TAC’s ESOF platform powers cloud application security for nine in ten worldwide companies, underscoring their global edge in cybersecurity. With that debt-free balance sheet and steady cash, they’re primed for more growth. The renewed CREST accreditation keeps them compliant for key clients in banking and finance, like DBS Bank and TransUnion.

Cross-selling is a goldmine too—30% of ESOF users could jump on Socify.ai’s AI-driven SOC 2 automation. This setup, plus the affordable pay-after-compliance twist, eyes a big slice of the $4.2 billion market. TAC’s AI-first strategy isn’t just for big enterprises; they want to bring top-tier cybersecurity to every internet user.

To fuel this, TAC is already chatting with SaaS companies, AI startups, and cybersecurity innovators about acquisitions. On the people side, they call employees “Cybersecurity Future,” and awards like Best Place to Work (third year) and Great People Manager (fourth year) show why talent sticks around.

From its Indian roots, TAC Security is charging toward global leadership in AI-driven cybersecurity—$100 million ARR, $100 million in AI bets, and a shot at being the world’s biggest by 2030.
