Mumbai, Dec. 27 – Actress Mouni Roy took to the outdoors for a trek and found herself in a hair‑raising moment when a leopard’s roar echoed through the trees.
She posted a series of photos from the trip on Instagram Saturday, adding a lengthy caption about spending a day surrounded by nature. Her post read, “Went trekking today in the jungle. Walked up and downhill, through waterfalls, heard a leopard roar & ran for our lives. Happy holidays everyone.”
After the adventure, the “Naagin” star shared a glimpse of a home‑cooked Bengali feast she hadn’t enjoyed in a long time. In an Instagram story she teased a cooking mystery, writing, “After ages x, guess the dish?” and followed up with a video hinting at something delicious in the kitchen. She later revealed the spread, which included Deemar jhaal, aloo shedhdho, and ghee rice, captioning the clip: “Deemar jhaal, aloo shedhdho ghee rice: simply by your truly (sic).”
Looking ahead, Mouni will star in an upcoming OTT thriller alongside Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Shaheer Shaikh.
