Firing Outside Disha Patani’s Ancestral Home: Goldy Brar Gang’s Plot to Spread Fear in Uttar Pradesh
In a shocking incident that rattled Bollywood fans, two men linked to the notorious Goldy Brar gang fired shots outside actress Disha Patani’s family home in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The UP Additional Director General (ADG) of Law and Order, Amitabh Yash, revealed that the gang’s main goal was to create panic among people in the state.
The attack happened early on September 12 around 3:45 am. Two men on a bike pulled up to Disha Patani’s ancestral house in Civil Lines, Bareilly, and unleashed multiple rounds of gunfire. Luckily, no one inside the house got hurt. But the drama didn’t end there—police tracked down the suspects quickly.
On Wednesday, in a high-stakes joint operation by Delhi Police and Uttar Pradesh’s Special Task Force (STF), the two accused met their end in an encounter in Ghaziabad. Identified as Ravindra alias Kullu and Arun, these shooters worked for gangsters Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara. They got injured during the clash near Tronica City and later died from their wounds at a hospital.
ADG Yash shared more details with , saying the investigation also nailed two other men hired to scout the location. "Goldy Brar even claimed responsibility on social media," he added. Police recovered two sophisticated pistols and a stash of 9mm cartridges from the scene. Sadly, a Haryana Police constable took a bullet to the chest during the encounter and remains under treatment.
The bodies of Ravindra and Arun went to Ghaziabad’s postmortem house for further checks. Now, cops are digging deeper into the entire Goldy Brar gang network to bust every member and take strong action.
This firing incident highlights the growing threat from gangster gangs like Goldy Brar’s, who aim to spread fear in Uttar Pradesh. But ADG Yash is confident: "Their plan backfired. After this swift police action, they won’t dare challenge the UP government’s zero-tolerance policy on crime." He also promised a probe into weapon sources to cut off supplies at the root.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stepped in personally, assuring Disha Patani’s father, Jagdish Singh Patani, of immediate legal action and beefed-up security. Teams pored over CCTV footage from multiple routes and used technical surveillance to crack the case fast.
The UP government stands firm—no room for fear-mongers. With quick encounters and thorough investigations, they’re sending a clear message to gangs operating across states like Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Stay tuned as more details emerge on this Disha Patani firing case.
