Bigg Boss 19: Awez Darbar eliminated a day after sister-in-Law Gauahar Khan’s stern advice

Bigg Boss 19 just lost one of its early favorites: social media star Awez Darbar got evicted from the Salman Khan-hosted reality show on Sunday. Fans of the popular Indian reality series are talking about it non-stop after his surprise exit.
Awez faced nomination alongside fellow contestants Ashnoor Kaur, Pranit More, Gaurav Khanna, Mridul Tiwari, and Neelam Giri. Despite his huge following outside the house, the content creator couldn’t pull through the public vote. His elimination hit especially hard—it came just a day after his sister-in-law, actress Gauahar Khan, paid a visit during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode to give him some tough love.
Gauahar didn’t hold back, telling him in Hindi, “Aap ka waha par kya ho raha hai, Awez? If you don’t fight your battle, who will? Aap bilkul chup ho un muddon pe jahan par aokko bolna chahiye. If you get lost, then you have no chance in this show.” Her words aimed to fire him up, but it looks like it came too late.
Over recent weeks, Awez struggled in the game, and host Salman Khan called him out multiple times, urging him to step up his strategy. He entered the Bigg Boss house hand-in-hand with his girlfriend, Nagma Mirajkar, who became the season’s first eviction victim in a double elimination alongside Polish actor Natalia Janoszek.
For those who don’t know, Awez is the son of famous music composer Ismail Darbar and the brother-in-law of Gauahar Khan, who’s married to his brother Zaid Darbar. The family ties added extra drama to his journey.
Bigg Boss 19 keeps drawing viewers in with its “Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar” theme, where housemates split into camps and battle for power. Stars like Gaurav Khanna, Kunika Sadanand, Ashnoor Kaur, Amaal Malik, and others are still fighting for the trophy, keeping the competition fierce.
