Bigg Boss 19: Amaal Mallik reveals strained ties within Anu Malik, says they would not even look at his family

Bigg Boss Season 19 is helping contestants open up and show their true personalities. Some participants are even sharing personal stories they usually keep private, making the show even more interesting.

One such contestant is popular singer Amaal Mallik. Recently, he shared some heartfelt details about his family, which caught the attention of fans.

Amaal was sitting with fellow contestants Zeishan Quadri and Baseer Ali when he opened up about his family’s background. He revealed that he comes from a family of well-known Bollywood musicians. Amaal is the nephew of famous music composer Anu Malik and the son of Daboo Malik.

Amaal explained that, in the past, Anu Malik was much more successful in the music industry than Daboo Malik. This created a change in family dynamics. During family gatherings and events, Anu Malik and his family, including his children, often avoided interacting with Daboo Malik’s family. Sometimes, they even pretended not to notice each other.

He also described Anu Malik as a “hungry lion,” a metaphor for his strong ambition and determination to succeed at any cost. Despite this, Amaal said his father and Anu Malik are still in touch, but their children — the next generation — keep their distance and are not close.

Fans on the show were surprised and shocked to learn about these family stories from Amaal. Meanwhile, Amaal continues to play his game well on Bigg Boss 19, engaging viewers with his honesty and personality.
