They even unveiled the upgraded SMARTCOATER™ X2, a smarter version of their popular SMARTCOATER™ X.ONE. With an easier user interface, it boosts efficiency and delivers better results. Attendees also checked out the PROTAB™ 700, a high-speed double-rotary tablet compression machine perfect for large-scale production in the pharmaceutical industry.
On the inspection front, ACG Inspection tackled rising regulatory demands head-on. Their AI-powered systems like QualiShield and the advanced serialization tool Verishield ensure top-notch quality and compliance. These solutions handle everything from tablets and blisters to bottles with pinpoint accuracy and reliability. Paired with end-to-end track-and-trace features, they help pharma companies protect product integrity, meet global standards, and earn patient trust. Spanning over 5,000 square feet, it’s packed with advanced equipment, new containment systems, and a team experienced in more than 3,500 formulations. The lab teams up with manufacturers to fix production hurdles, streamline processes, and scale up operations, keeping Indian pharma competitive on the global stage.
