Neilsoft featured at #26 in TIME and Statista’s India’s Best Employers 2025 List

Neilsoft Limited, a Pune‑based engineering services and solutions firm, earned a spot at #26 on the inaugural India Best Employers 2025 list released by TIME and Statista. The company is known for its pure‑play focus on engineering research and development (ERCD) and serves major market sectors such as Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), manufacturing, and industrial plants.
The rankings come from a global employee survey. In India alone, the team collected 800,000 responses from companies with 800 or more staff. Respondents were asked to name their current employer by writing it in an auto‑complete field, a method that encourages honest answers and keeps big names from swaying results.
“We are proud to be recognized as a top employer,” said Prashanth Chunduri, Neilsoft’s Global Head of Strategic Planning and New Market Development. “Our services cover everything from designing hospitals and data centers to factories and green‑energy recycling sites. We also invest heavily in research, own design tools like CADISON and ECI Electrical Designer, and are building an AI‑powered hybrid engineering hub called GAID. These capabilities keep us ahead in a competitive field.”
Rupa Shah, Neilsoft’s Director and Co‑Promoter, added that the ranking reflects the dedication of the company’s managers and long‑tenure associates. “Our people are the heart of Neilsoft, and this award shows that their hard work is paying off,” she said.
Neilsoft is also preparing for a public listing. The company filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) on May 2, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The DRHP is available on SEBI’s website, on the book‑running lead manager’s site (Equirus Capital), and on the NSE and BSE portals. Interested investors should review the risk factors in the prospectus before deciding to invest.
