In Mumbai on December 13, LatestNewsX reported that actress Kunickaa Sadanand recently shared a highlight from the Bigg Boss 19 finale party, where she was photographed alongside Bollywood star Salman Khan. She took to Instagram to post the image, affectionately calling the superstar “Tiger.” In the picture they stand together, smiling for the camera, and she captioned the post with: “The Tiger is here.”
Kunickaa finished in the top ten, while actor Gaurav Khanna took the crown on the grand finale night, earning the trophy and a ₹50 lakh cash prize. The top five of the season were Amaal Mallik, Gaurav Khanna, Pranit More, Farrhana Bhatt, and Tanya Mittal.
Bigg Boss 19 kicked off on August 24, 2025, featuring sixteen original contestants—including Ashnoor Kaur, Zeishan Quadri, Awez Darbar, Nagma Mirajkar, Nehal Chudasama, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Natalia Janoszek, Neelam Giri, Kunickaa Sadanand, and Mridul Tiwari—as well as wildcard entrants Shehbaz Badesha and Malti Chahar.
Kunickaa’s first break into television came courtesy of Manju Asrani, the late star Asrani’s wife, in a TV serial. She later secured a role in the Dheeraj Kumar‑directed series Adalat. Her film career began at age 28 with the 1988 horror hit Kabrastan, and over the past 25 years she has appeared in 110 films, often in villainous roles in movies like Beta, Gumraah, and Khiladi.
On television she earned praise for playing a mother in the serial Swabhimaan, a role that showcased a breakthrough performance with an 18‑year‑old child. She also featured in Kana Phoosi and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. In reality TV, she was seen as a fielder for Pune Anmol Ratn in the Box Cricket League, and most recently she portrayed Rani Durgavati in the series Akbar Birbal.
Her most recent film work was Bhouri (2016), a social drama that explores the lives of women in rural North India amid broader societal conflicts. The film also stars Masha Paur, Raghubir Yadav, and Shakti Kapoor.
