Shraddha Kapoor: ‘Zootopia 2’ carries a message that will resonate with people of all ages
Mumbai – November 28, 2025 (LatestNewsX) – actress Shraddha Kapoor, who lends her voice to Judy in the Hindi version of “Zootopia 2,” shared that the movie delivers a message everyone can connect with.
“I think everyone needs a Nick in their life who supports them till the end. For me, my parents and brother are like Nick,” she said, underscoring the personal bond she feels with the story.
Adding, “The film is full of heart, and it carries a message that will resonate with people of all ages. I would urge everyone to go and watch it with their families. It’s a must‑watch for all ages. I’m going to see it with my entire family… and you should all go with yours too,” Kapoor urged fans.
Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, “Zootopia 2” follows Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they infiltrate a new neighborhood to track the mysterious reptilian newcomer, Gary De’S‑nake, testing their partnership in unprecedented ways.
The film features the same voice cast as the first movie—Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Shakira, Idris Elba, Alan Tudyk, Nate Torrence, Don Lake, Bonnie Hunt and Jenny Slate—alongside fresh faces such as Ke Huy Quan, Fortune Feimster, Andy Samberg, David Strathairn, Patrick Warburton, Quinta Brunson and Danny Trejo.
It hits theatres in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on Friday.
Looking ahead, Kapoor will return to the screen in “Stree 3,” slated for August 2027, and will also star in the fantasy trilogy “Naagin.” She’s also gearing up for the biopic “Eetha,” about the legendary Marathi folk performer Vithabai Narayangaonkar, for which she is training in Lavani dance to portray the dazzling Tamasha dancer.
