
Delhi Police Bust Molestation and Hidden Camera Case in South-West Delhi
In a quick and decisive action, Delhi Police have caught a man involved in molestation and recording indecent videos of a woman in South-West Delhi. The suspect, a private airline pilot, was arrested, and police also recovered a tiny hidden spy camera from him.
The accused, Mohit Priyadarshi, 31, hails from Civil Lines in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He was detained by the Kishangarh police after a woman filed a complaint on August 30. She reported that around 10:20 PM on that day, she was at Shani Bazar in Kishangarh Village when she noticed someone trying to secretly record her.
The woman said she saw a device shaped like a lighter, equipped with a hidden camera, being used by an unknown man to film her without her permission. Shocked and scared, she immediately reported the incident to police.
Following her complaint, police registered a case under relevant sections and launched a thorough investigation. The police team, headed by SHO Inspector Ajai Kumar Yadav, carefully examined CCTV footage from the area and circulated the suspect’s picture to gather more clues.
Special efforts were made by the police, including activating local informers and police patrols, to track down the culprit. After diligent investigation and intelligence gathering, the suspect was identified and arrested.
During questioning, Mohit Priyadarshi admitted his involvement in filming the woman. He confessed that he made such videos for his personal satisfaction. The police also recovered the small, lightweight spy camera from him, which was shaped like a lighter.
Mohit Priyadarshi, who works as a pilot and is unmarried, was taken into custody and further investigation is ongoing.
