American nurse films a hospital’s destruction in Gaza City as Israeli forces surround it (Video)

As Israeli troops bear down, the health care system in Gaza City is coming under fire and being pushed toward collapse. Andee Vaughan, an American nurse volunteering at al-Quds hospital for three months, kept a video diary and shared it with the Associated Press.
