Excitement is building for the upcoming Indian thriller Lord Curzon Ki Haveli after its gripping trailer dropped on Friday evening in Mumbai. Directed by Anshuman Jha, the film stars Rasika Dugal and Arjun Mathur in lead roles that promise layers of mystery and intrigue.
Golden Ratio Films and First Ray Films produced the movie, with Max Marketing Limited presenting it. The trailer kicks off with a shadowy trunk that the actors eagerly open, unleashing an eerie vibe. What follows is pure suspense: darkness, a hammer, blood, and twists that keep you on the edge of your seat.
At the Mumbai trailer launch, Rasika Dugal shared why she jumped on board. "There’s nothing more exciting than being in a room with four brilliant actors, letting creativity flow under some solid direction," she said. "Anshuman did a fantastic job directing, and when you get to work with top talent like this, it’s an offer you can’t refuse."
Arjun Mathur echoed the thrill, admitting the script threw him at first. "I didn’t fully get it when I read it initially—that’s exactly why I said yes," he explained. "It’s so different, out of the ordinary, and packed with nuance. Acting in it helped me understand the depth."
Award-winning writer Bikas Mishra penned the story, blending historical echoes with modern chills in this tale set around the infamous Lord Curzon’s haveli. Fans of Bollywood thrillers and suspense movies will want to mark their calendars: Lord Curzon Ki Haveli hits theaters across India on October 10, 2025.
