Ukrainian drones struck one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, sparking a fire, Russian officials said on Sunday. The overnight strike on the Kirishi refinery, in Ruthe country’s northwestern Leningrad region, follows weeks of Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure.
