The lineup also features fresh AirPods 3, Apple Watch Series 11, Watch SE3, and the rugged Watch Ultra 3. But it’s the iPhone 17 models stealing the show, with their sleek designs and top-notch features drawing massive crowds.

In Mumbai’s bustling Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), two long queues snaked outside the Apple store early morning. Shoppers arrived as early as 5 am, but not everything went smoothly. Some fans voiced frustration over lax security, saying people kept cutting lines and causing chaos at the entrance.

Mohan Yadav traveled all the way from Ahmedabad just to snag an iPhone 17. “I’ve been waiting since 5 am,” he shared with . “The security isn’t taking responsibility—people break the queue, and those at the back miss out. It’s frustrating!”

Not everyone was complaining, though. Mumbai local Bayan Kapoor buzzed with excitement about the iPhone 17. “The reviews are fantastic, and Apple fever is everywhere,” he said. “I really want to buy one today, but with this crowd, I’m not sure if I’ll get a chance.”

Once inside, happy customers emerged with their new treasures. Amaan Memon proudly showed off his iPhone 17 Pro Max, thrilled with its fresh look and the speedy A19 Bionic chip. “This will make gaming so much better,” he said. “I’ve waited six months for this color—it’s perfect!”

Another buyer, Irfan, couldn’t stop raving about the orange iPhone 17 Pro Max. “I got here at 8 pm last night,” he explained. “The camera upgrades, bigger battery, and cool new design make it worth the wait.”

Over in Delhi, the scene was just as wild at the Apple store in Select Citywalk Mall, Saket. Fans camped out overnight, sitting patiently until the doors opened. They wanted to be first in line for the iPhone 17 series, proving Apple’s pull in India is stronger than ever.

So, what’s new with the iPhone 17 lineup? Apple unveiled the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and even a slim iPhone Air. The Pro models switch back to an aluminum build and pack the biggest iPhone battery yet. The standout feature? A massive rear camera module that stretches across the entire back—Apple calls it a “full-width camera plateau.”

Inside, all three cameras on the Pro versions now rock 48-megapixel sensors, a big jump from last year’s 12-megapixel telephoto. The telephoto lens gets a huge boost too, with a 56% larger sensor and up to 8x optical zoom for sharper, closer shots.

You’ll find the 6.3-inch iPhone 17 Pro and 6.9-inch Pro Max in three bold colors: silver, blue, and a vibrant orange that’s way more eye-catching than before. Prices start at $1,099 for the Pro (256GB) and $1,199 for the Pro Max, as per reports from The Verge.

This iPhone 17 launch shows Apple’s gadgets continue to hype up Indian buyers. If you’re hunting for one, brace for those queues—but the upgrades in camera, battery, and design might just make it worth it!
