Mumbai, Dec 6 – The popular television star Devoleena Bhattacharjee found herself flooded with mixed feelings as she stepped into the house she’d always envisioned, accompanied by her husband Shanawaz Shaikh and her son Joy. She took to her official Instagram account to share a series of photos from the Greh Pravesh ceremony at the new home. Dressed in an elegant saree, Devoleena performed the puja in front of her family. The photo set highlighted intimate family moments, the ceremony itself, and the traditional milk‑spilling ritual on the stove.
On the post she wrote, “Some dreams take time, courage and a lot of belief. Standing in our dream home today, I feel every emotion possible — thankful for the journey, the lessons, and the blessings that brought us here. (Sparkles, folded hands, red heart, and evil eye emojis) (sic).”
Devoleena has been sharing glimpses of her life with Joy on Instagram, showcasing both the joys and the challenges that come with motherhood.
