Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath kicked off the first day of Sharadiya Navratri with a special ritual at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur. On September 22, he performed the aarti and Kalash Sthapana to honor Maa Shakti, drawing crowds for the nine-day festival.
But before diving into prayers, Yogi Adityanath focused on the people. He held his regular Janata Darshan session right outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan, chatting with about 250 folks—many of them women. He moved from one person to the next, listening closely to their problems and promising quick, fair fixes.
The chief minister made it clear: Everyone who needs help should get full access to government welfare schemes, no exceptions. When a woman shared her struggle without a ration card, Yogi Adityanath told officials to handle it with care. He ordered them to issue ration cards and pensions right away to all eligible families.
Land grabbing complaints got his attention too. Yogi Adityanath pushed for tough legal steps to shield the poor from encroachments. He stressed better teamwork between revenue and police departments to sort out these disputes fast.
For those seeking medical aid, he had reassuring words. No one’s treatment should stop over money worries, he said. Officials need to whip up cost estimates on the spot and get government funds flowing without delay.
Throughout the session, Yogi Adityanath renewed his pledge to public service. He urged his team to put people’s needs first and act swiftly to ease every hardship. This hands-on approach during Sharadiya Navratri highlights his ongoing commitment to Uttar Pradesh residents.
