Bollywood actress Esha Gupta took a spiritual break in Bengaluru, visiting the serene Shivoham Shiva Temple. This popular spot draws crowds with its towering 65-foot Lord Shiva statue and a unique Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra that recreates the famous pilgrimage to the Trikuta mountains shrine.
Esha sought blessings from Lord Shiva and joined the temple’s Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra, calling it a deeply moving experience. She shared how it reminded her of the inner strength we all carry.
During her trip, Esha sat down for an engaging podcast with spiritual guide AiR, chatting about finding true happiness, love, and personal growth through self-realization. She also recorded a heartfelt testimonial for AiR’s book, highlighting ways to achieve lasting bliss via self-knowledge.
