Israel shares video of Hamas torturing, executing Palestinians as they beg for relief — urges journalists to ‘shine a light’ on the atrocities

Hamas militants in Gaza are stepping up a brutal crackdown, according to a new video shared by the Israeli Foreign Ministry. The footage shows suspected Hamas fighters dragging a man across a street, shouting, then kicking him. A gun later fires at his leg and torso, while a second detainee breaks down crying.

The video was posted on X (formerly Twitter) by Israel’s foreign ministry, which described the clip as evidence of “brutal torture and execution” carried out in broad daylight. It says the men captured by Hamas were beaten and then killed, a move the ministry says threatens regional security. It urges media outlets to report on the danger posed by the militants to shine a light on the situation.

The assault comes amid a cease‑fire that has meant fighters are trying to reassert control over the Gaza Strip. Israel warns that Hamas’s tactics clash with the fragile peace and may drive more conflict.
