What caused the crash?

It struck the second container truck, and a car was trapped between the two, igniting a massive fire. A police line officer said the incident involved 7‑8 vehicles in a chain collision. Preliminary findings point to speeding and possible mechanical failure.
Investigators are still working to confirm the exact cause. For now, the focus remains on caring for the injured and honoring those who lost their lives.
