In Abu Dhabi, UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed a delegation from the Arab Parliament at Qasr Al Bahr on September 24. The group, led by Parliament President Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi, discussed key ways the organization boosts unity and teamwork among Arab lawmakers.
Talks centered on supporting Arab nations’ goals for stability, growth, and better lives. The leaders also explored how to align stances on Arab issues at global and regional meetings, while pushing parliamentary diplomacy to tackle big challenges in the Arab world today.
Delegation members thanked President Mohamed bin Zayed for his strong backing of Arab causes and his role in driving shared Arab projects. They highlighted his efforts in areas like parliamentary cooperation to benefit all Arab countries.
The meeting included top UAE figures, such as Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region; Saif bin Mohamed Al Nahyan; Surour bin Mohamed Al Nahyan; Lt. General Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister; Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, head of the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination; Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President; Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes Affairs; Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; and Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President.
